At our last General Meeting we discussed a Local Improvement District that has been initiated around SE 33rd and Pardee Street. On December 7th at 10:00 AM there will be a City Council hearing that will declare the intent to initiate the LID. The meeting will be at City Hall - 1221 SW Fourth Avenue. For neighbors directly involved or those who want to voice either opposition or support this is an important meeting to attend.
